The following terms of Services, along Privacy Policy, govern your access to and use of the Reimbursure Service and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Reimbursure. If you disagree with the agreement, you cannot use the services. Reimbursure is a brand owned by Emerge Technology Business.
You accept that all registration information you submit is accurate, current and complete; (iii) you will maintain the accuracy and completeness of such information; and (iv) if you are accepting these Terms of Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity as a Corporate Administrator/member, you have the authority to bind that company or legal entity to these Terms of Service.

We will send all the registered users a notification via email when we make changes to the agreement and post the updated versions of it on the website. All unregistered users need to visit this page for the updated Terms & Policy regularly. Once the updated agreement goes into effect, you agree to the changes by continuing to use the Services.
To use our services in full, you need to sign in using your professional details or by providing your personal information. Login is required to save your data and connect with the company and other audiences. It also enables syncing your data on the occasion every time log in and download your updated information.
We will periodically review and see if someone has reported anything incorrect. We will also access your account information to study users' behaviour to improve our services over time. If you don’t log in to your account for 6 months, we may delete your account for inactivity.
By using our platform, you voluntarily authorize the platform to access and use certain account information, that you provide during registration, such as your email address, device, profession, phone number and more.

If you find that someone has gained access to your account credentials, immediately you should change your login credentials.
We reserve the right to terminate access to the platform permanently or temporarily, in case of any misuse is observed.
We does not copy your information from your system or copy any other details which are saved on your mobile.

From our platform, you can edit and delete your account information and manage your preferences of what you want to show to other users at any time.
Through your profile, you can edit your profile data and the platform will update your personal data as per the latest information. When you remove certain details from platforms, certain services may lose functionality.
You authorize the platform to take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections for the safety of your and all other users’ account information.
To delete your account, you can email us (info@ipobroadcast.com) the request and we’ll delete your data as laid out in this Agreement. Till then the platform maintains and interoperates your data at its own discretion. However, we shall keep limited data or complete data even after the deletion of your account to comply with applicable law to defend claims and protect users’ rights.
The time required to delete your account from our platform varies from user to user. The platform at its discretion will process your account deletion request, till then your account will be visible on the platform.
